The Opportunity An opportunity has become available to join the UPA team as a Rostering Coordinator at our Woodlands Lodge in Wallsend NSW. The purpose of the Roster Coordinator will be to plan, coordinate, and optimise staff rosters to meet operational requirements, compliance standards, and the overall needs of the facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a balance between workforce efficiency, legislative adherence, and the provision of high-quality care or services. What you will need: At least two (2) years of experience in Administration management or/and Personal Assistant roles. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Professional Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook applications) Demonstrated proficiency in data processing High level of communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to strict guidelines Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment Must be well-presented and approachable Strong attention to detail Experience in humanforce software.
