About the Role
9. Ensure all materials are accounted for; tack and weld materials together as per engineering drawing.
10. Understanding of Lean Principles & methodology.
11. Ability to work within a team environment and able to use own initiative
12. Complying with current and future Health & Safety laws, processes and procedures

Essential Experience & Qualifications:
20. Working towards NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
21. Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment and decision-making skill
22. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly
23. Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects at one time
24. Good verbal and written communication skills
25. Ability to work with minimal guidance
26. Ability to drive quality improvements
27. Ability to meet given targets
28. Knowledge of H & S procedures & responsibilities
29. Experience in Lean Manufacturing preferred
