We have an opportunity for a qualified Class 2 Driver who will take pride in your work and ensure the timely delivery of a quality product to our retail network. Hours of work are Monday to Friday with early morning starts and the possibility of at least 2 overnight stays per week. We offer fantastic opportunities to progress in a forward-thinking company.
Role Responsibilities
1. To deliver and collect uPVC doors, windows, conservatories, and ancillary items to our network of dealers across the country, ensuring all goods are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and goods arrive in a quality condition.
2. To provide first-class customer service to our dealerships when delivering and collecting products.
3. Ensure that all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to.
4. To ensure that all Tachograph rules and Working Time regulations are adhered to.
5. To ensure fully compliant and conversant with transport legislation.
Person Attributes
6. Class 2 driving experience with driver CPC.
7. A full clean driving license would be advantageous.
8. Sound knowledge of driving hours, tachographs and working time legislation.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player who can work on their own initiative, with a can-do attitude and effective time management.
10. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers and work effectively with others.
11. A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work.
