About the Role
MOO is seeking a motivated and ambitious B2B Account Executive for our London location to onboard and inspire new business clients and help grow our Business Services base in the UK, Europe, and beyond. You will be the initial point of contact for prospective new business clients looking to MOO’s Business Services team for support and guidance with starting or scaling their branded print and custom merchandise needs.
Your sales team will be made up of Account Executives, Account Managers and a Sales Manager. Together you will be responsible for onboarding and growing existing business services accounts at MOO and ensuring each client has a seamless experience working with us.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first human contact with business customers and introduce them to MOO services, design and product offerings.
* Use influencing and resilience skills to fully understand prospective client needs and inspire them through thoughtful, value‑driven proposals.
* Qualify opportunities and make accurate forecasting assumptions.
* Onboard new client accounts for first order(s) and subscription and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or Customer Success team.
* Provide live demonstrations of our business platform, help prospective clients product samples and educate on our product and service offerings.
* Maintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to present thoughtful and creative recommendations that win business.
* Work with MOO’s internal designer team to ensure client designs shine on paper and branded merchandise products.
* Keep clear records of work in the Sales Department CRM system.
* Manage a pipeline of prospects and recently onboarded client accounts, actively contacting leads and opportunities from multiple channels.
* Source additional leads through outbound phone calls and messaging to identify and engage prospects in target markets and customer profiles.
* Meet and exceed daily outbound activity requirements.
* Accurately forecast anticipated monthly achievement upward to the sales manager and other leaders in the business.
* Engage in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with the sales manager.
* Be an active member of the assigned sales team and wider department by participating in team meetings and strategy sessions.
About You
* Motivated to make 35+ outbound calls a day.
* Leverages sales skills and moderate to advanced business acumen to dig deeper in opportunity funnels and make creative sales.
* Highly organized and able to handle a high inbound lead flow, opportunity pipeline and onboarding new customers.
* Has 2‑3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales.
* Goal‑oriented and enjoys chasing ambitious targets.
* Learns new tech platforms quickly and thrives in a hybrid work environment.
* Prefers busy days with lots of action and actively seeks and prospects opportunities.
* Coachable and enjoys learning new skills and strategies.
* Professional, friendly and helpful on the phone and in writing.
* Enjoys being in an advisory role, helping clients solve problems and coming up with creative solutions.
* Can operate effectively in situations where there is ambiguity.
* Has a growth mindset.
* Has an interest or background in design and print.
* Enjoys a challenge and isn’t afraid to try something new.

Nice to Haves
* Previous phone or in‑person sales experience, specifically in prospecting and/or onboarding new business.
* Knowledge of design/print.
* Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Monday.com or other ticketing systems.
* Bi‑lingual capabilities.
* Bachelor’s degree or significant work experience in sales field preferred.
