What you’ll be doing
5. Supporting and delivering practical DT lessons
6. Helping students with projects, tools, and workshop safety
7. Bringing creative ideas into the classroom
8. Working closely with the department to keep lessons engaging and accessible
9. Building confidence managing behaviour and routines

10. Someone reliable, calm, and confident
11. Experience with young people is helpful, though not essential
12. A genuine interest in DT and practical learning
13. Strong communication skills and a positive approach
