ICTS are looking for reliable and technology savvy Team Leaders to ensure the security and safety of premises and people amongst the sites of our Data Centre client in the Slough area.
You'll be required to work a 3 days, 3 nights, 3 off shift pattern, averaging 56 hours a week.

An experienced Team Leader/Supervisors, you will carry out a range of duties in a modern and fast paced environment, including:
1. Managing access control for buildings and car-parks - for employees, visitors, and contractors.
2. Patrolling the buildings, car parks, and grounds to deter and detect problems.
3. Checking and challenging ID passes with a professional and friendly approach.
4. De-activating and activating alarms, and unlocking and locking buildings, rooms, external barriers and gates to ensure that no unauthorised personnel or hazards are on site.
5. Fire, security and building systems monitoring, including CCTV.
6. Identifying and reporting Health & Safety issues and carrying out first aid if necessary.
7. Responding to customer requests and queries
8. Maintaining records including incident reports using computer- and paper-based systems
