Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Stannah Live Advisor to join the Sales Support team based at our Audenshaw depot. This role involves supporting our sales channels through telephone, webchat and live online demonstrations of our product range and functionality. You will play a key part in assisting customers throughout their decision-making process, both pre- and post-appointment, by promoting the benefits of our world-class Stairlifts and Homelifts. As the Stannah Live Advisor, you will work on a full-time, permanent basis. The working hours are 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday, with a salary of £27,000. This is a great opportunity for a confident, technically minded and customer-focused individual who enjoys engaging with customers and adding value at every stage of the customer journey. To be successful as a Stannah Live Advisor, it is essential that you have previous experience in a customer-facing sales or sales support role. Experience in telephone sales, webchat support, live demonstrations, or working with technical products would be desirable.
