As an SEN TA, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students with diverse educational needs. Your role involves collaborating with teachers/ teaching assistants to create inclusive learning environments and offering tailored assistance to students.

the requirements:
7. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one through Randstad).
8. Previous and relevant experience supporting children.
9. Previous experience supporting SEN students.
10. Reliable.
11. Flexible with travel.
12. Strong patience and time management skills.
13. Excellent communication skills.
the responsibilities:
14. Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and activities.
15. Support and guide students in their day-to-day learning and development.
16. Maintain a positive and creative learning environment.
17. Help students remain focused and inspired towards the lesson plan and activities.
18. Potential for 1:1 or group support to pupils with additional needs when required.
19. Building rapport with students, teachers and parents/ carers.
