The PMO Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Programme Office, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, and creating and implementing project governance standards across the business. This role will collaborate with other H&G UK departments to develop projects and programs that align with the long-term vision of the business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels when completing the local investment request process/ Weekly PRS Reviews.
2. Ensuring all feedback received from region, when submitting Regional investments are responded within the time allocated by the European investment team.
3. To ensure all projects that require status updates attend the monthly steering board meetings, ensuring MOM are shared.
4. Providing guidance to stakeholders on completing documentation required within Projects including: PRS Submissions, Investment Process, BRS/PID ...
