Role Summary:
We are looking for a
Technical Writer
to create high-quality documentation supporting our products — datasheets, installation guides, user manuals, and more. You'll work closely with R&D, ensuring materials accurately reflect product design, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and improve content quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and maintain product documentation for new developments
* Collaborate with R&D and technical support teams
* Support translations and multi-market documentation
* Create visuals: videos, diagrams, flowcharts, infographics
* Assist with marketing and promotional materials
* Maintain document control and quality standards
Skills & Experience:
* Proven technical writing experience for customer-installable/configurable products
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CAT tools
* Basic 2D/3D CAD knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical data
Desirable:
* Knowledge of fire detection products and standards (training provided)
* Experience with single-source publishing tools
* Cultural awareness in presenting technical information to diverse audiences
