We currently have a vacancy for a Continuous Improvement Assistant.
The role
As our Continuous Improvement Assistant, you will ensure processes and standards on the production floor are implemented, executed and respected by all team members. Continuous drive and relentless execution towards Manufacturing Excellence is a necessity to succeed, whilst being flexible at all times and having a positive mindset.
Key responsibilities
1. Assist with basic data collection and update the CI boards and trackers.
2. Support the CI Supervisor with admin tasks and wider production and business projects.
3. Support with updating SOPs and help organise CI files, SharePoint content and forms.
4. Help with basic 5S checks (photos, notes, scores).
5. Learn how to handle simple FO/IP/LO checks.
About you
6. Proven experience in a production/engineering environment.
7. Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately and with attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
