Your new role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of product and engineering, helping to define and deliver enhancements to a suite of digital tools used by global clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out user journeys, write detailed user stories, and ensure solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration in Paisley. Occasional travel to other UK offices may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Technical or Product-focused Business Analyst
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern software development practices
* Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
* Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for improving digital products
* Experience in supply chain or logistics is a bonus, but not essential.
