Your Tasks
* Develop and execute plans to achieve top-tier customer satisfaction, focusing on quality and delivery excellence.
* Ensure scheduled products are delivered on time, within cost, and to specification by collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Technical teams.
* Define short-term tactics and long-term strategies for core operational functions and translate these into actionable deployment plans.
* Provide results-oriented and objective-focused leadership and support to both direct and indirect reports, driving results and fostering accountability.
* Create business plans based on sales forecasts, covering costs, investments, staffing, and materials, aligned with strategic objectives.
* Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the supply chain, including process improvements and product design changes.
* Secure the continuous improvement of the competitiveness of areas of responsibility through a perpetual plan-do-check-act cycle focused on cost and performance improvement.
Your Profile
* Minimum 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in management within high-volume manufacturing or the automotive industry.
* 1-2 years of practical experience in implementing Lean Management projects.
* Higher-level degree (MSc, MBA) in Engineering; working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (TPS), MTM, modern quality tools including Six Sigma, and strong IT skills.
* Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to handle high workloads, make independent decisions under time and technical pressures, and persuade others.
* Cost-conscious and responsible approach.
* Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and holistic thinking and action.
* Team-oriented attitude.
