We’re pioneering better ways to work and now need an Agricultural Workshop Engineer who’s hands-on, proactive, and ready to make a real impact. What you’ll do:You will service, maintain, and repair a wide range of agricultural machinery, from tractors and combines to telehandlers and implements. You’ll diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and deliver effective solutions that keep equipment running smoothly. You’ll carry out pre-season checks, preventative maintenance, and prepare new machinery for delivery. When breakdowns happen, you’ll step up, supporting customers in the field and solving problems under pressure. You will keep accurate records, maintain a safe and organised workshop, and take pride in high standards of workmanship. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, building strong relationships and delivering a professional, customer-focused service every time. What you’ll bring:You’re practical, detail-driven, and qualified in mechanical engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). You have experience with agricultural or heavy machinery, strong diagnostic skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence is essential.
