Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, and ensuring the front-of-house area is tidy and professional at all times. You will also support the wider team with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings and diaries.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a motivated and dedicated administrative professional who can demonstrate practical knowledge within a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will demonstrate confidence in using Microsoft Office and other administrative tools to positively carry out daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner.
