An international fiduciary and corporate services group is expanding its business development function and is looking for a Business Development Manager to support growth across private wealth and offshore corporate markets.
Important: Only candidates with experience in the trust, fund or corporate services industry will be considered. This sector knowledge is essential for understanding client needs, regulatory frameworks and multi‑jurisdictional service offerings.
The role offers exposure to key markets including the BVI, Cayman, the UK, Switzerland and the Channel Islands.
What you will do
* Develop new client relationships and convert inbound and outbound leads
* Follow up on enquiries and support the full conversion cycle
* Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable structures and services
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth onboarding
* Support proposal preparation, marketing activities and client meetings
* Conduct research and maintain accurate pipeline information
* Stay informed on regulatory changes and market developments
* Assist with KYC, documentation and cross‑border proposal coordination
* Contribute to ad‑hoc project work
The successful candidate
* Experience in sales, business development or professional services within Trust, Corporate Services or Fund Services
* Interest in private wealth and offshore corporate services
* Strong communication skills and confidence in client‑facing situations
* Ability to manage tasks effectively and work collaboratively
* Willingness to travel as required
* Motivation to learn and progress within a growing business
