Description
The Personal Injury Solicitor will be:
* Managing a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, including Multi‑Track cases
* Assisting partners and senior lawyers on high‑value and complex serious injury claims
* Drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence, and supporting preparation for trial
* Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, case managers, and other stakeholders
* Contributing to business development initiatives and team knowledge sharing
Profile
The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with 2 - 5 years' PQE in claimant Personal Injury work
* Experienced in handling Multi‑Track cases, ideally including serious injury matters
* Familiar with Major Trauma Centres, case managers and rehabilitation processes
* Knowledgeable in the Rehabilitation Code of Practice and Serious Injury Guide
* A strong communicator with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting junior team members
* Interested in engaging with business development activities
