Responsibilities
* Organise and work with the team to achieve sales targets.
* Motivate colleagues and provide excellent customer service, ensuring the right products are available and promotions are up to date.

* Deliver a customer‑centric shopping experience.
Qualifications
* Experience as a store manager in a retail environment.
* Strong financial acumen, familiarity with KPI tracking and target achievement.
* Ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent.
* Positive, can‑do spirit and teamwork mindset.
