The Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join the Client Support team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, natural problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing annual review packs
* Processing new business applications and withdrawals
* Handling client and planner queries
* Answering phone calls and providing general administrative support
About You
* The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 1 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
* Knowledge of Intelligent Office (preferred but not essential)
* Experience with Abrdn Wrap and Quilter platform (desirable)
