Key Responsibilities Develop new international business opportunities across key global regions. Strengthen and manage relationships with overseas agents, distributors, and key accounts. Create and implement effective global sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging trends. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, proposals, and technical enquiries. Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management for international markets. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, or Global Account Management. Background in engineered, mechanical, electrical, or technical products (marine industry experience an distinct advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to build long-term commercial relationships across different cultures. Track record of achieving and exceeding international sales targets.
