Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a heating contractor operating within the private sector.
They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing service & repair contract in the Edinburgh area.
Contract Details:
1. Location: Edinburgh
2. Work Type: Annual Service Visits (Annual Gas Safety Check), Landlord Gas Safety Records, and central heating repairs.
3. Work Load: 6-8 pre-booked appointments per day
4. Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week. Up to 5 days available plus optional weekends and evening call out available at enhanced rates.
5. Contract Length: Ongoing (no end date)
6. Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.
7. Rates:
1. Annual Service Visit (Annual Gas Safety check): £26.65 per appliance
2. Repairs: £51.25 per completed property (full van stock and parts supplied)
3. Linked Repair: £38.44 plus Annual Service Visit Rate (if repair required at Annual Gas Safety Check)
Optional out-of-hours and weekend work is available at enhanced rates.
