Skills and Experience:

* The person will have proven experience in cooling systems, knowledge of heat dissipation and heat transfer, fluid dynamics, component design and selection, piping design, control system specification, instrumentation specification and selection.
* Proven ability in product design, validation and industrialization.
* Knowledge/understanding of pure water cooling of high-power and high-voltage design and control issues.
* Proven ability of managing supplier and customer.
* Design for X (DFX) (e.g. manufacturing, cost, size, weight, efficiency, performance, test, maintenance)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Specification & report writing and reviewing.
* Ability to prepare P&ID drawings is essential and the ability to use 2D drawing packages to prepare GA and layout drawings is desirable.
* Design & type testing programmes.
* Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines and good at sharing knowledge.
* EHS compliance ability
