A well-established SEN trust across Oldham and Rochdale are seeking Psychology graduates to join as a Teaching Assistant / Specialist Support, with immediate and September starts available.
This is a hands-on role supporting students both academically and emotionally, helping to create a safe, structured environment where they can thrive.
The Role
You'll work with students aged 11-18, many with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Support communication, emotional regulation, and social development
* Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

We're Looking For
* A degree in Psychology or a related subject
* Interest in SEN, child development, or mental health

* Confidence working with young people
* Experience with children is beneficial but not essential
