Permanent, Full Time

39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday

Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays

Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided

Key must haves full clean driving licence, Level 2 qualified or equivalentexperience

A Roofer will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance work to Great Places properties, to a diverse customer base for Great Places Housing Group.

?What youll be doing

1. Fixing tiles on a variety of roof types
2. Capping, demolishing & rebuilding chimney stacks
3. Joinery works to soffit &facias
4. Structural work on timber rooves
5. Plumbing repairs to gutters, rain water outlets & gutters
6. Insulation assessment and installation
