The Employer Brand Manager (Group) is at the forefront of positioning Tesco as the number one retail employer of choice. You’ll shape and deliver a bold, stand-out employer brand strategy that cuts through and connects with our ключ audiences. You’ll bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through high-impact campaigns, always-on advocacy and a strong social presence. Turning real colleague stories into authentic, culturally relevant content, you’ll build pride, spark advocacy and strengthen belonging across Tesco. Sitting at the heart of Brand, People and Communications, you’ll lead flagship campaigns and drive continuous engagement programmes. Working closely with Group Communications, Talent Acquisition and People teams, you’ll ensure a clear, consistent and compelling experience at every stage of the colleague and candidate journey. Own and deliver Tesco’s Group Employer Brand activation plan, aligned to our EVP, Masterbrand and People strategy. Lead standout, integrated employer brand campaigns across social, digital and paid channels, including key EVP moments. Bring our brand to life through authentic, colleague-led storytelling that reflects real experiences and our values. Drive our global advocacy and social strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Meta and TikTok. Build always-on content that amplifies colleague voices in a way that feels real, credible and scalable. Partner closely with Group Communications, Talent Acquisition and People teams to ensure a consistent employer brand across campaigns, colleague initiatives and candidate touchpoints. Act as a centre of expertise, supporting markets to adopt and activate employer brand campaigns effectively. Use insight and data to measure performance, optimise campaigns and continuously improve impact across key metrics including engagement, advocacy and reach. Proven experience in brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing or communications. A strong grasp of campaign planning, social strategy and compelling storytelling. Experience collaborating with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful work. Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments within large, matrix organisations. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
