About the Role:
* Manage staffing, resourcing, and budget to ensure a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for children and young people to grow and develop
* Develop and lead a capable team focused on professional growth and service improvement
* Maintain or improve the service's Good Ofsted rating
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 qualification and DBS clearance
* Experience as Deputy or Registered Manager
* Full driving license
