What the Job Involves This role involves managing a caseload of youth justice cases, including both out-of-court disposals and statutory court orders. You will provide support and interventions to help children and young people complete their orders and avoid re-offending. You'll engage effectively with youth, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes. Additionally, you will use AssetPlus for case management, focusing on trauma-informed practice, prepare necessary reports for courts and panels, and represent YJTPS in various forums.
