We seek a driven individual to join our Adult Acute Admissions Inpatient Team. This is a dynamic multidisciplinary team within Lomond Ward, Stratheden Hospital.
Lomond ward provides acute inpatient mental health care to a mixed population of up to 22 patients within our hospital site at Stratheden Hospital, Cupar
You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, adopting a pro-active, therapeutic person-centred approach to care delivery. You will work alongside registered nurses, occupational therapists and other members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver care to a patient group who experience a range of mental health problems which may impact on their wellbeing, safety and day to day functioning. You will be expected to contribute to the assessments and delivery of care in a person-centered manner following guided evidence based practice. You will be expected to work autonomously at times following direction and as part of a team.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
