About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Accommodation team, working within our Luxury accommodation across the Longleat Estate. This is a vital role, ensuring front line delivery of our guest experience is at a premium standard. Responsible for ensuring standards are upheld, and supporting our guests to have a positive, informed, safe and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* To clean and carryout various housekeeping duties including changeover cleaning, sparkle cleaning and bed making
* To clean, test and maintain Hot Tubs
* To organise and prepare linen packs for properties
* To work to a given timeframe when cleaning each accommodation to ensure efficiency
* Pre-check in audits for each property to health and safety is upheld at required standard for each property
* Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness in accommodation, storage areas, linen rooms, and all other working areas
* Proactive maintenance checks, low level maintenance jobs and report through reporting channels.
* Delivery of weekly and monthly checks for thorough examination of each property both internally and externally.
* Co-ordinating any problems relating to the properties with the required stakeholders to ensure all issues are responded to in a timely manner, minimizing any disruption to the guests stay and experience at Longleat.
About You:
* You'll have a Full manual Driving License
* Cleaning experience
* A good level of IT Literacy
* Experience working in customer service
* Be a proactive thinker committed to excellence
* Be efficient, ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to use initiative and work independently without direct supervision
Your contract:
You'll be employed on a permanent contract, averaging 24 hours per week on a rota basis that includes weekends.
