Teaching Personnel is currently looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support schools across the Liskeard and Bodmin areas. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s development and helping them succeed in the classroom.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working in nursery settings or supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development. This may include providing small group support or working 1:1 with children who require additional assistance to access learning.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification
Experience working in a school or nursery setting
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Paediatric First Aid qualification (not compulsary, but highly desirable)
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
