 * Location: 12 Quays Terminal, Birkenhead
 * Contract: 12‑month apprenticeship programme
 * Salary: £26,980 – £33,927
Key Responsibilities
 * Assist with loading and unloading freight and vehicles.
 * Operate port equipment such as tug masters, forklifts, and ramps (training provided).
 * Support mooring and marshalling activities.
 * Deliver excellent customer service in line with Stena Line behaviours.
 * Help maintain port areas and equipment.
 * Participate in safety briefs and team meetings.
 * Learn and use digital tools relevant to port operations.

Qualifications
 * Minimum age: 21.
 * Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
 * Willingness to work shifts.
 * Interest in port operations, logistics, or transport.
 * Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
 * No prior experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
