Temporary Part‑Time Administrative Assistant
We are an established ecology consultancy seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Project Coordinator on a part‑time, temporary basis.
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a project‑based environment, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Data inputting and maintaining accurate project records
Document reconciliation, organisation, and management
Diarising key project documentation and deadlines
Assisting with subcontractor onboarding processes
Taking accurate minutes during meetings
Providing general ad hoc administrative support as required
About You:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
Previous administrative experience is preferred
Experience within a consultancy or project‑based environment would be advantageous
Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting
