Role Overview
As a Senior HR Associate, you will work closely with senior leaders and global HR colleagues to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
* Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law.
* Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
* Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
* Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve engagement.
* Support change management and cultural transformation efforts.
About You:
* Proven experience as an HR Associate/ Senior Advisor or BP in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Commercially aware, with a strategic mindset.
* Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a data-driven, results-oriented culture.
