We are funded directly by John’s investments so we’re in full financial control.PROCESS AND SYSTEMS: We use an ATS to automate much of our recruitment process. You’ll have free reign to source candidates your own way. Once in the recruitment funnel, you’ll follow a defined process but can bring your own personality to it.MUST HAVES: Have worked as a recruiter for at least 3 years, with experience of hiring for software roles for at least 1 year. Experience of self-managing the full hiring cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.HOW WE HIRE: With respect for your time, and transparency.
