Your new role
As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance to managers and employees on all HR matters, ensuringpliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading recruitment and selection processes, from workforce planning to onboarding.
2. Driving employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and wellbeing programmes.
3. Advising onplex employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances.
4. Managing absence and performance processes to promote a high-performing culture.
5. Supporting training and development, including apprenticeships and skills enhancement.
6. Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
7. Overseeing HR systems and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
8. Leading HR projects aligned with organisational goals and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
9. A third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent).
10. CIPD membership.
11. At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role at HR Officer level or above (or 5 years in HR with 3 years at Officer level).
12. Proven ability to deliver HR solutions across areas such as strategy, policy development, culture change, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
13. Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation and experience managingplex ER cases.
14. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
15. A positive, influential approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
16. Working knowledge of HR systems (experience with PAMS desirable).
