As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll have the opportunity to build trust, provide stability, and help the pupil develop the confidence and skills needed to thrive both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support pupils who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or challenging behaviours. Your role will involve building strong, trusting relationships with students, implementing behaviour strategies, and helping them to re-engage with their learning in a safe and supportive environment.
