We are recruiting on behalf of a Michelin-recognised pub with rooms located in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team, delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes across both restaurant service and guest dining.

Key Responsibilities
Run your designated section efficiently during service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients across a changing menu
Support both restaurant and rooms dining service where required
Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with prep, stock control, and kitchen organisation
Support the senior kitchen team and junior chefs during service
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
Experience in gastropub or quality restaurant environments preferred
Michelin or Bib Gourmand background desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
Passionate about seasonal cooking and consistent delivery
A strong team player with a positive attitude
