Artemis are expanding to meet strong forward bookings across our estate of luxury wedding venues. We are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Mythe Barn.
This is an ideal role for a confident Chef de Partie or Junior Sous ready to take the next step in a structured, professional kitchen — with real career progression.

About The Role
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional modern British menus for high-end weddings and events (100+ covers).
You’ll be responsible for:
* Supporting day-to-day kitchen management
* Maintaining high food and hygiene standards (HACCP compliant)
* Assisting with ordering, stock control and rota planning
* Ensuring allergen compliance
* Delivering beautifully presented dishes under pressure
* Helping develop and test new menu ideas
We use Checkit food management systems (full training provided).
Some lone working required.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in quality food-led kitchens
* Experience with 100+ cover service
* Passion for fresh ingredients and modern British cuisine
* Calm, organised and professional under pressure
* Team-focused with strong communication skills
* Own transport (venue location)
* Right to work full-time in the UK
Wedding or event catering experience is highly desirable.
