Main duties of the job
You will work closely with our Practice Manager, Operations Manager, GP Partners, and wider clinical and administrative teams to ensure the efficient delivery of services across our three practices
The role will combine operational management, staff supervision, and administrative support, contributing to the ongoing development and success of the practice.
This position would particularly suit:
An experienced administrator or Team Leader within primary care, ready to progress into a management role.
Responsibilities
Operational Support - Assist in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring patient facing and back-office functions operate efficiently and effectively.
Quality & Compliance: Support the Practice Manager and Operations Manager in maintaining CQC standards, NHS contractual compliance, and governance processes. Help coordinate audits, policy updates, and staff training records.
Patient Services - Contribute to improving the patient experience through effective communication, complaints management, and service development.
