We are launching our newest site in Lytham St Annes, and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Padel Coach to join our team. The Role As a Padel Coach at Ace Padel Lytham, you will deliver high‑quality coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities. You will play a key role in developing a strong coaching culture and helping grow participation at the club. Key Responsibilities: Deliver coaching to beginners, improvers, advanced players, and juniors Run group lessons, 1‑to‑1 coaching, clinics, and performance sessions Support events, competitions, camps, and community programmes Build and maintain strong player relationships with a client‑focused, person‑centric approach Help grow the coaching programme and engage with the local community Promote padel across Lytham, the Fylde coast, and the wider Lancashire region About You We are looking for a friendly, proactive and committed coach who genuinely loves helping people improve and enjoy the game. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year of padel coaching experience LTA Padel qualifications (preferred) or other recognised coaching certifications Experience working with a wide range of players (adults, juniors, beginners, advanced) Strong customer service and people skills Passion for delivering high-quality, enjoyable sessions Good local knowledge of Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, and the surrounding areas Desirable: An existing client base or local player network Experience in tennis coaching or other racquet sports Ability to support events and community outreach programmes Why Join Ace Padel?
