* £55,000 base salary + annual pay reviews (typically 6–7%)

You’ll get stuck into everything from frontline onboarding to long-term progression planning — and you’ll be trusted to bring fresh thinking to what great looks like.
What you’ll get up to?
* Build the blueprint: establish the core principles and playbook for L&D
* Lead the delivery: 60% of your time will be hands-on with training, onboarding and rollouts
* Take ownership of a full training program by month 3 (frontline or broader)
* Elevate the LMS experience and make it actually useful (not just a box to tick)
* Design clear and motivating development pathways across roles and levels
* Partner with People/HR to map talent pipelines and support leadership growth
* Bring heart and brains to everything you do — we want strategic and creative thinking
We’re Looking For?
* A mid-level L&D or training pro with 2–5 years under your belt
* Someone who’s outgrown the “learning phase” and ready to start building something
* Not necessarily a Head of L&D (yet), but definitely future-ready
* Experienced in multisite ops and understands the hustle of scaling a team
* Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and full of ideas — low ego, high integrity
* Great with people, solid with systems, and quick to adapt when the plan changes
