Senior Site Agent - Infrastructure
Location - Aberdeen
What you will be doing:
Join Morrison Construction as a Senior Site Agent delivering key highways projects in Aberdeen, supporting the growth of our Infrastructure business in Scotland. Ideally you will be locally based but relocation support is available. You will work closely with the project team to engage clients, coordinate third-party communications, promote the projects, manage complaints, and ensure all MHA framework requirements are met.
* Create a Knowingly Safe environment, ensuring CDM principles and legislation are fully met
* Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver safe, buildable designs and robust budget submissions that secure Notice to Proceed
* Lead commercial management, including procurement, change control, and achieving best value
* Plan and prepare for scheme delivery across the full project lifecycle, discharging all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements
* Ensure effective Temporary Works design, implementation, and monitoring, and manage utility coordination and permit-to-work compliance
* Establish and oversee site offices/compounds, while promoting innovative technologies and techniques
* Manage risk and opportunities with the Risk Manager/SPM, and ensure thorough investigation and close-out of incidents/accidents with learnings applied
* Lead construction teams and supply chain partners to deliver the scheme to agreed quality, budget, programme, and scope
About You:

Promote a positive safety, quality, and FREDIE culture, with strong knowledge of CDM 15
*
Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering professional development, and delegating effectively
*
Demonstrated project management expertise with a track record of delivering to client expectations
*
Strong communication skills, experienced in engaging with clients and supply chain partners
*
Commercially astute with excellent NEC knowledge and experience in Design & Build / ECI infrastructure projects
*
HNC or higher, SMSTS, and relevant CSCS card
*
Office 365/CAD skills; TWC and First Aid desirable
*
Relevant civil engineering experience
