The role

As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for delivering support to our clients, providing guidance, advice, and valuable insights. You will work as part of a team alongside senior consultants and under the supervision of industry trailblazers and experts. With our deep domain expertise within the Payments & E-Money industry, you will have the opportunity to engage in advisory, authorization, and assurance projects across a diverse range of exciting clients.

Responsibilities

* Assist in delivering high-quality compliance work products to clients.
* Manage and deliver multiple projects related to authorizations, advisory, audits, and managed services.
* Partner with clients to understand their business and design their regulatory strategies.
* Conduct compliance audits and make appropriate recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Stay updated with evolving regulatory requirements.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required.
* Minimum 1+ years’ experience in governance or compliance roles within financial services or professional advisory firms.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information.
* Professionalism in all tasks and interactions.
* Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
* Attention to detail and pride in work quality.
* Quick learner, curious, proactive, and eager to develop technical expertise.
* Team-oriented with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
* Aspirations to build consultancy skills and expand client relationships.
* Experience in the payments & e-money industry preferred.
