Temp Station are currently offering a Trainee Administrator/Resourcer/Consultant apprenticeship following successful expansion in two branches.

Full Vacancy Description: To develop a thorough understanding of our business and industry, enabling the apprentice to contribute effectively and build a long-term career with us after training completion.
Training During the Apprenticeship includes:
* Office administration – filing, data input, in-house systems
* Payroll processing – collating hours, checking timesheets, creating costings
* Maintaining accurate candidate and client files
* Quarterly compliance checks with candidates
* Collaborating with team members from Head Office on recruitment, social media, payroll systems
* Understanding all aspects of the business, from recruitment to logistics
* Building client relationships with new and existing clients
Working hours are 8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, with one day per week allocated for training or college.

Candidate profile: Friendly, approachable, eager to learn, computer literate.
Qualifications required: Maths and English
Additional information: Once accredited, the role involves participating in a 24-hour on-call rota, handling calls outside normal hours.
