* Strong proficiency in Performance Testing and Engineering.
* Performance Testing with LoadRunner – Scripting, Analysis, and Execution.
* Experience with Web, TruClient and Web Services protocols.
* Performance Testing experience in Native Mobile Apps, Mobile Web, Batch applications.
* Ability to independently handle E2E performance engineering activities.
* Strong communication skills for client engagement.
* Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
