This role is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination, and conditioning of Dental & Medical and associated sub-assemblies held at KNGD Donnington.

* Be responsible for the day-to-day processing of TS work orders.
* Take responsibility for ensuring you work within current approved data, policies, processes, procedures, and management guidance.
* Be responsible for working with others to ensure required outcomes are achieved. Be an ambassador for safety at all times.
* Ensure all accidents are reported to the TL, Line Manager as required.
* Establish an understanding of risk assessments and risk controls, including how to identify risks.
* Comply with all instructed safe working practices, including reporting all accidents and incidents within the workplace.
* Build positive customer relationships and respond constructively to customer requests and internal departments.
* Undertake Technical Services WEMWO.
* Responsible for ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with approved data.
* Be a champion for continuous improvement (CI) and develop an understanding of CI tools and methodologies, participating in CI activities as required.
What we would like you to bring
* Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent.
* Desirable: Experience working on medical technical equipment & IMS experience.
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and deal with conflict successfully.
* Knowledge of health & safety at work.
* Experience working to agreed targets.
* Intermediate PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organized and informed manner.

* This role will require the completion of the Standard Defence School of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering (DSEME) Medical and Dental Training Course (11 weeks at RAF Lyneham).
