The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our existing team with delivery bookings and post sale administrative duties. What will I be doing Liaising with customers and dealers to arrange vehicle deliveries Vehicle Administration - taxing/ registering vehicles Arranging vehicle accessories Supporting the Senior Service Delivery Coordinator Answering and directing general enquiry calls and emails Chasing and collating complete delivery packs Processing data onto our CRM system Performing general office administrative duties as required What do I need to succeed: Enthusiasm and willingness to learn – previous experience in this role is not essential Attention to Detail: High accuracy in processing paperwork and managing files. Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. IT Proficiency: Strong skills in using internal CRM systems Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for dealing with customers and sales teams.
