This is a hybrid, full-time position, working Monday to Friday, on a permanent basis with at least 3 days onsite at our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire head office.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another HRBP, you will provide coaching, support, and advice to your client group. You will help attract, recruit, train, and retain the best talent in line with business needs.

Selection process:
1. Initial informal 30-45 min Teams call with our HR manager Iain and a team member to discuss your experience and learn about us.
2. Face-to-face interview at our Letchworth HQ with our Head of HR, HR Manager, and another HRBP, including scenario questions and a site tour.
