We are seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team at Little Heath School. Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
Assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
QTS or equivalent.
Experience working with SEN students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
