Location: This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work remotely from the Berks & Bucks FA office (Milton Park, OX14 4SB), home and around the County.
Salary: Band 3 (£30,678-37,874) per annum, dependent on experience.
Hours: 35 hours per week. (Requirement to work evenings and weekends in line with the demands of the role.)
Contract: Full-time - Fixed Term Contract (Expiring June 2028).

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead our commercial and partnership work across the Football areas of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Vale of the White Horse. The more access to commercial and partnership funding that we receive as a County FA, the more opportunities we have to develop the game further, connect people and change lives. This position reports directly to the Head of Operations and works closely with colleagues and stakeholders across all areas of the organisation.
The successful candidate must be determined, a team player as well as having the ability to maintain multiple projects and deadlines.
Main responsibilities
* Support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Berks & Bucks FA Business Strategy.
* Maximise new and existing corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities to further grow revenue for reinvestment into grassroots football.
* Work closely with departments across the organisation, and in particular Marketing & Communications, to identify suitable opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships, and their activation.
* Achieve and exceed set targets annually for commercial income as per the Berks & Bucks FA Business Strategy.
* Enhance the image, profile and reputation of Berks & Bucks FA through commercial sponsorships and partnership activities.
